It’s perfect for slow-cooking short ribs for four hours, grilling Argentine sausages or chorizo, smoking fish on the Clamp grill, or grilling closer to the heat thanks to the small, removable grate.

The grill’s durability and heat distribution are enhanced by the fireclay bricks lining its base and sides. Additional features include a bottle opener, a 304 stainless steel shovel and charcoal rake, and four swivel casters (including two with brakes) for easy maneuvering.
