The Tagwood BBQ18SS is an Argentine-style (Gaucho Grill) grill fueled by wood and charcoal, designed for Santa Maria-style cooking with an adjustable grill height.

This version is made entirely of 304 stainless steel.

Argentine/Santa Maria style: It features a unique system with a manually adjustable main grate height (using handles or a wheel, depending on the model), which allows for precise control of cooking temperatures—from intense searing to slow roasting.

Versatility: It offers versatile grilling areas, including the main grate, as well as the option to purchase an interchangeable griddle and an additional grate above the firebox (firebox/brasero).

Firebox (Brasero): Equipped with a separate firebox lined with fireclay bricks, which makes it easy to light wood or charcoal and maintains a steady fire while keeping it separate from the food.
