Tagwood BBQ03SI Argentine Santa Maria Grill for wood and Gaucho charcoal.

The BBQ03SI grill is made of standard steel with a heat-resistant paint finish, giving it a traditional, elegant look.

This grill offers four separate cooking zones, providing versatile grilling options: a main height-adjustable grate, an additional grate, and a griddle perfect for grilling your favorite vegetables.

Together, they provide 4,606 square centimeters of grilling surface.

The gaucho-style brasero fire pit increases the efficiency of lighting charcoal while separating the flame from the food.

Whether you prefer charcoal or firewood, this feature lets you grill in true gaucho style.

It’s perfect for slow-roasting classic grilled pork neck, steaks, and low-and-slow ribs, smoke-infused sausages or chorizo, as well as smoking fish on the main grill grate, with the option to grill potatoes on an additional grate.

The bottom of the grill is lined with fireclay bricks, which perfectly accumulate and radiate heat, resulting in even better and more uniform cooking of the food prepared on this grill.
