Compact yet versatile! This little beast lets you cook on 6 different levels. Thanks to its versatility, you can use different cooking methods at the same time. You have access to traditional grates, hooks for hanging meat, a rotating grate, and a clamp grate for the traditional Argentine-style asador! On top of that, it’s simply beautiful and functional—you can work from any side, and the charming “canopy” protects the fire from rain while also preventing nearby trees from burning.

 The BBQ2SS grill is made of 304 stainless steel, which is exceptionally durable and aesthetically pleasing.

The total grilling surface area for this model is a whopping 4,318 square centimeters; you have at your disposal a main grill grate measuring 92.1 cm x 44 cm, an additional grate measuring 50.2 x 30 cm, a rotating grate, and an asador clamp grate—or you can install a griddle instead of one of the grates! Under the canopy, you’ll find crossbars for hanging hooks. The canopy itself acts somewhat like a chimney and directs the flow of smoke, which is crucial for low-and-slow smoking.

The entire structure is very heavy, sturdy, and equipped with a drainage system that prevents moisture from collecting at the bottom of the grill, so you can enjoy this equipment for many, many years.

The gaucho-style brasero fire pit increases the efficiency of lighting charcoal while keeping the flame separate from the food.

Whether you prefer charcoal or firewood, the brasero lets you grill in true gaucho style.

This grill is perfect for slow-cooking pork ribs for hours on end, roasting brisket-style beef, and even grilling sausages—thanks to the hooks, you can hang your fish, steaks, or whole strings of sausages or large cuts of meat and let the smoke slowly work its magic on them. If you prefer cooking at higher temperatures, use the large traditional grates or the included plancha, and your steaks and burgers will reach the level of a true grill master.

The fireclay bricks lining the bottom and walls not only extend the grill’s lifespan but also ensure even heat distribution.
