Suncity BBQ Brisket Rub

This rub is unique thanks to peppers from Szeged, two types of brown sugar, chili flakes, and several exotic spices.

BRISKET RUB is one of the spice blends developed in-house by the manufacturer, which were used in KCBS-organized BBQ competitions in Hungary and abroad. The creator of the blend believes it was essential to winning the Grand Champion title four times.
