Sucklebusters Gold Spicy Jalapeño BBQ Sauce

This is a classic South Carolina-style BBQ sauce (Carolina Style BBQ Sauce)—basically a sweet mustard sauce—but with an extra “kick” from jalapeño peppers! First you taste the sweetness, then a slight spicy kick, and finally a mild heat that will turn any grilled meat into a work of art! This sauce is simply perfect for grilled sausage and chicken, and we use it to make the world’s best pulled pork sandwiches! It also works great for brushing on ribs or a whole pork neck before applying seasonings to the meat—simply as a sweet, slightly spicy “glue” to hold the seasonings in place.
