This is a fiery blend of chili peppers in a thick and spicy sauce. It contains Bhut Jolokia Pepper (also known as Ghost Pepper) and a blend of other hot chili peppers. Very high heat level—but not insane. An excellent sauce for sandwiches, soups, stews, chili, pizza, vegetables, Tex-Mex, eggs, or as a marinade for fish and chicken.
