Matt has long been influenced by Cajun cuisine, and that’s where this seasoning has its roots. It’s spicier than many of our existing barbecue seasonings with a sweet profile, and it also delivers incredible heat from Matt’s signature jalapeños.
Holy Voodoo is great for poultry, ribs, vegetables, and more. It tastes fantastic on both roasted and smoked turkeys. Meat Church ambassadors are already winning rib and chicken competitions with this seasoning.
Tip: Use it for roasting or “low and slow” smoking. Try not to use it on meat grilled at high temperatures to avoid burning the sugar.
Ingredients: salt, sugar, brown sugar, spices (including paprika), dried garlic, dried jalapeño, monosodium glutamate, dried onion, canola oil.
