A blend of the popular Holy Cow beef seasoning and The Gospel All-Purpose Rub. No, it’s not a 50-50 mix. Based on customer feedback that Holy Cow has too strong a kick of black pepper, while The Gospel needs a little more.

In any case, the result is a versatile blend—it pairs perfectly with ribs, chicken, and beef! It provides an excellent base, with a subtle spiciness and sweetness. 

Tip: Use it for roasting or “low and slow” smoking. Try not to use it on meat grilled at high temperatures.
