Kosmos Q Dirty Bird

Sometimes, to win, you have to play a little dirty. Kosmos Q came up with this rub with perfect poultry in mind, and it was the first product that really delivered. It has a hint of red pepper that’ll make sure you always have a cold drink nearby, but the brown-sugar sweetness will keep you coming back for more. After all the feedback from barbecue masters thanking us for giving their chicken an extra kick, we knew that Dirty Bird was truly something special.

The truth is, when we bring this seasoning to Grill Bastards catering events, we have to buy twice as many chicken wings because the guys eat half of them while they’re still being prepped…

Ingredients: salt, sugar, chili peppers and other spices, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, dried onion, flavor enhancers: disodium inosinate (E631), disodium guanylate (E627), tricalcium phosphate (anti-caking agent).
