Blues Hog Tennessee Red
Opis
Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce is a thin, vinegar- and pepper-based sauce popular at “barbecue joints” in the South. It can be used as a marinade, for basting, or even as a dipping sauce. It gives dishes a unique burst of flavor and “spice”!
These types of slightly tangy, vinegar-based sauces work best with pulled pork. The recipe is simple: just roast and smoke a piece of pork using the “low and slow” method, let it cool slightly, shred it, and mix it with Tennessee Red Blues Hoga sauce. You’ll be in heaven!
Note: This sauce is thin—sauces with this consistency are used to “mop” the meat at the end of cooking, or to add to pulled pork, beef, or chicken—this allows the sauce to penetrate all the fibers more easily.
Ingredients: white sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup (tomato concentrate from red, ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high-fructose corn syrup, salt, spices, onion powder, natural flavor), salt, spices.
Net weight: 652 g.
