You can use this seasoning to make spice pastes like tom yum, tom ka, or curry. If you want to give your grilled vegetables an Asian kick—sprinkle them generously with this seasoning after grilling. You can do the same in a wok—you’ll end up with a classic Asian vegetable stir-fry.
Coat the meat generously at least 1 hour before cooking and cook away from direct heat to avoid charring.
