Angus & Oink Texas Steak Rub

Take your steaks to the next level—Texas-style!

Inspired by the meaty, peppery, juicy steaks of Texas, this rub was practically begging to be created. Five types of aromatic peppers, three salts, and two kinds of garlic—this blend takes you on a journey of textures and flavors.

To avoid burning, season toward the end of cooking, allowing the heat from the meat to draw out the flavors. Our top tip is to season the cutting board while slicing the meat to add extra flavor.
