Sea Salt and Malt is Angus & Oink’s answer to the Scots’ demand for a seasoning for fish and chips—something a little tangy and vinegary, but also salty. 

Are you familiar with vinegar-flavored chips, a typical snack popular in the UK? Poles aren’t really fond of them—but I love them! That’s exactly what Sea Salt and Malt is like—salty and enhanced with malt vinegar and lemon zest.

Ingredients: salt, malt vinegar powder, citric acid, turmeric, powdered lemon zest, solid particles of lemon juice, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate.
