Angus & Oink Garlic & Herb is a delicious seasoning for marinating meat, fish, shrimp, or vegetables. Coat your ingredients thoroughly with it at least 1 hour before cooking—mix it with olive oil and a splash of fresh lemon juice, place the mixture in the refrigerator (e.g., in a zip-top bag), and let it work its magic.
