Angus & Oink Game Bird

This seasoning pairs perfectly with all types of game. 

 

It has a heather-purple color and pairs well with every type of game we’ve tried it on: steaks, game casseroles, pheasant, black grouse, and rabbit. Beautifully balanced and aromatic flavors. Notes of juniper, citrus, berries, rosemary, and thyme, with pepper and mustard. It will yield delicious results whether cooked “low & slow” or at high temperatures on the grill. You can also use it to make unbeatable stews. 

 

I can already picture that cold evening after a hunt—a campfire, plenty of moonshine, and venison steaks seasoned with a warming, herb-infused spice blend, served with wild boar bigos. Can you feel it too?
