It was inspired by a vacation in Greece. Memories of sunshine, wonderful seafood, and even better street food. Big Phat Greek Seasoning is packed with the traditional flavors of the sun-drenched island: high-quality oregano, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon, and salt.

Delicious for making homemade gyros and souvlaki—grilled chicken, pork, or shrimp stuffed into pitas with Greek salad and spicy Red Dawg Hot Sauce.

Apply an even coating—use about 3–4% of the meat’s weight—or mix with olive oil and lemon juice; let it marinate for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
